Catriona Hall

Catriona is a Derbyshire artist who paints animals, pets and houses in the Peak District landscape. The creatures that inhabit Catriona Hall’s pictures are stylized, whiskerless, always left-facing, often rather portly and usually set in a Peak District landscape. She regularly exhibits imaginary animals but also accepts commissions to portray pets and houses or favourite buildings. Her subjects are immortalised with quirky simplicity and an earthy palette.
