Norma Stephenson

Born in Hawick, Norma Stephenson spent her early life in Sheffield before attending Sheffield Art College to study Fine Art and attaining a bursary for her outstanding skill. Her fondness of the North West Coast of Scotland along with her childhood largely spent living on the edge of the Peak District continue to enrich her adoration for the British landscapes.

Stephenson is highly regarded for her unique use of pastel, winning awards such as The Pastel Society Award and The Artist Magazine Award, along with attaining first prize in the well-established Windsor and Newton award.
