REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If any item we ship independently to a client (i.e. we do not pass over the goods ‘face to face’) does not meet customer expectation or requirements, then the client must contact us either by email or letter within 7 working days beginning the day after the goods have been received to request resolution of any issue or to request a full refund (to include the cost of outward shipping to the client).
In these circumstances we require the client to pay the cost of returning the item to us in the condition in which it was sent and packed to the same standard to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon return of artworks received in good order.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Lotta Teale Artist
Lotta (b. 1979) paints figurative oil paintings, and is inspired by early 20th Century painters such as William Nicholson and the Scottish Colourists.
Raised in London and attending St Paul's Girls' School and the University of Edinburgh, she trained as a barrister and worked for 14 years in law and development, living for many years in Sierra Leone and Pakistan. She now lives between Bangkok (where her husband works), Tuscany (where her grandmother lived) and London. Having painted since she was young, in 2018 she started painting professionally, and has developed a practice focusing on still lives and plein air, with a particular interest in gardens and architecture.
Primarily self-trained, she aims to paint loosely, with accuracy of colour and drawing, while maintaining a certain liveliness. Lotta enjoys painting silver and iridescent ceramics which reflect the light and colours of the room and thus change every time, and she offsets them with something alive - a simple fruit or vegetable, or an egg. Her paintings often evoke memories of a calmer time and allow the viewer a moment to breathe.
Lotta exhibits frequently at Mall Galleries, including New English Arts Club, Royal Institute of Oil Painters, Royal Society of Marine Artists and Society of Women artists, as well as the Royal West of England Academy and a range of private exhibitions. Her work is in private collections worldwide.
