Flora Forshall was born in 1998 and brought up in France, Catalonia and then in the West Country. She graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in Textile Design

She lives in Cornwall and is a printmaker, printing large, limited-edition screen prints on paper.

Flora takes her inspiration from the sea, and the land around her, from the patterns, colour, and movement of animals, birds, fish and plants, and the way that humans interact with nature through the work of planting and harvesting.

She creates her images by observation, experimenting with collage and painting before printing. Her prints display a sense of fun, fluidity, movement, colour and energy.
